iPhoneinCanada.ca has recently reported that the employees at the
Canadian wireless company Rogers are already starting to prepare for the
launch of the iPhone 5. Rogers Wireless has said that starting the 11th
of August, preparation and training for the launch of the Phone 5 will
start. This training is to be completed once the employees are given the
heads-up by their Just-in-Time supervisor on the employee’s respective
site. The training encompasses a 45 minute study in which the employees
will be teaching themselves on how to go about the pre-launch of the
iPhone 5.
The program however ostensibly is all-encompassing in nature and the
description of the program does not specify a specific iPhone model. The
all-encompassing and general nature of the program implies that Rogers
is just providing its employees with a briefing outlining the steps to
be taken to sell the upcoming iPhone based of the assumptions of
previous releases than any specific techniques related to Apple’s
upcoming iPhone 5. iPhoneinCanada.ca has said that Rogers is training
its staff for an upcoming launch, and that this preparation has been
verified by an employee of Rogers. The iPhone 5 launch date is yet to be
announced, but Rogers is already set and training its employee for
preparation for its launch.
The report by iPhoneinCanada.ca declares that a similar for of
preparation happened by Rogers for the iPhone 4 the previous year, even
though the iPhone 4 was launched in Canada a whole month after it was
launched in the United States. As a consequence of this the program by
Rogers was able to give its employees specific details about the iPhone 4
being released. But of course whether the iPhone 5’s launch is delayed
or not in Canada much of Roger Company’s policy for fresh and update
customers will be applicable throughout without really being affected by
the hardware launched whenever it is launched.
