Will Apple launch the iPad HD this fall?

It seems Apple is moving things along at a swift pace. Although the iPad 2 was released just a few months ago, the possible launch of an iPad HD tablet provided with Retina Display screen is in the planning if we are to believe the rumors that indicate it. This information was obtained by the guys from This is my next from sources close to Apple that are claiming that, in autumn, Apple will launch a new tablet version of the iPad. A screen resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels will be boasted by the new tablet.
Now, its name speaks for itself, isn’t it?  Due to its resolution, the tablet will be called iPad HD. The new tablet is said to be destined for professionals and as a result, it means that the iPad HD will represent the “pro” version of the iPad 2. Aversion from iOS of Final Cut Pro and Aperture will be also implemented. Do you know what is MacBook Pro for MacBook? Well, iPad HD will be for the iPad exactly this. Made for a specific target, it would be a more powerful product.
In my opinion, Apple has too many versions of the iPad available on the market. One more iPad 2 tablet could be too much and they would just shot themselves in the leg. Keep in mind that no less than 12 versions of the iPad 2 currently inhabit the market. They are doing very well as the sales numbers indicate. As a result, another 12 versions of the same product would be pretty much an overkill.  There is also another alternative though. Could this iPad HD be the next iPad 3 with Retina Display screen that will be launched not in this autumn but next year? Everything is possible. We can’t wait to find out!
