It seems that LG has big plans for the rest of this year. Apparently
it is not enough for them that they entered the Guinness Book of
Records with the first phone sporting a dual core processor ( LG Optimus
2X ) and that it also has the first phone with a 3D screen and camera
phone available internationally ( LG Optimus 3D ). This time a new leak
reveals the complete portfolio of LG terminal on 2011. In the first part
of our article, we will take a closer look at the LG Prada K2, LG Univa
and LG Fantasy. Let’s kick it off!
The LG Prada K2 is a dual core model, which will be launched in the
second half of this year and comes with a 4.3-inch NOVA display and a
case boasting a thickness of only 8.8 mm. The terminal will incorporate
an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a front camera of 1.3 megapixels,
plus 16 GB internal memory. In terms of the connectivity and OS, you
should be happy to find out that the LG Prada K2 running is running the
Android 2.3 Gingerbread and supports HSPA + 21 Mbps connectivity, while
the case has a textured design inspired by Prada. The launch could take
place during the holiday season so make sure you mark your calendars!
The descendant of Optimus One and considered by some as the “Optimus
Two”, the LG Univa terminal will upgrade every aspect of its
predecessor. As a result, Thus, The Univa phone comes with a 800MHz
processor, a 3.5 inch HVGA display and a 5 megapixel camera. Univa has a
thickness of 11.9 mm, is running Gingerbread and provides DLNA support.
The launch is scheduled for Q4.
As for the LG Fantasy, this model design that reminds us of HTC HD7
is running Windows Phone 7 Mango and unfortunately we do not have much
information about it. It seems that in Q4 we will see this attractive
terminal in the market.
