If Fujitsu Samsung, ZTE and Acer have made clear their mobile plans
regarding the future Windows Phone 7 terminals that they will launch,
HTC’s team only provided us with minor leaks. With this new piece of
news, the situation hasn’t changed at all. However, the existence of
these rumored Windows Phone Mango phones is now solidified and a sense
of the port locations and general shape of these devices is now given to
us.
Now we are talking about the Eternity and Omega models, which have
revealed a part of their design through some cases that recently
surfaced on the Internet. Let’s round what we know so far about these
two new HTC terminals.
Regarding the HTC Eternity, we know that the phone will break
records, implementing a 4.7 inch touch screen. Thus, the distinction
between tables and smartphones has become less clear. As for the
hardware specs and a possible release date, rumors say that a fall
release date is most probably and that it packs an 8-megapixel camera, a
single core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz and 16GB internal memory. It
is also said that it will provide DNLA support. Of course, on the board
of his new phone you will find Windows Phone Mango, as in the case of
HTC Omega. As for the Omega, it would boast the same 1.5 GHz processor, a
3.8-inch screen and an 8 megapixel camera that will be capable of HD
capture.
Last week, we had a similar leak as images of the cases of the HTC
Bliss and Kingdom were posted on the Internet. Could this be a sign that
we approach the official launch of these terminals? We certainly hope
so! The cases were leaked so how long does it take for manufacturers to
finally release their devices? We will know the answer to this question
pretty soon!
