Google has just released an update for its Nexus S smartphone to fix out the bugs that Google Nexus S owners were encountering because of the Google Voice Search during the past few months.
This update brings the Android version number up to 2.3.6 that will
overcome the Voice Search bug, which is the only prominent change in the
new update. A lot of Nexus S
owners reported that Voice Search activate on its own that causing some
problems for the owners, while some claiming that they were unable to
use the device at all because of this annoying and stupid bug. But
thanks to Google, to release this update that brings some relief for the
affected owners.
Google Voice Search is one of the features that Google recently
released to make its searching facility fast and reliable. Actually
Voice Search allows the users to speak and get the search results
without typing any word at all. This feature saves a lot of time of the
users as users don’t have to write any text therefore no chance of
spelling mistakes, in addition users will be able to speak the long
queries in no time that makes the searching 60% accurate and fast.
According to the Phandroid,
Canadian users will be the first lucky ones to get the update, but
there is no information about the releasing date of this update in other
parts of the world. As very little number of Nexus S units sold
therefore it makes me feel that it will reach the other owners very
soon, so don’t worry and keep visiting us for the latest Tech and Gadget
news.
