Pre-Requisites
A. First of all, make sure that you Galaxy Tab 2 P3110 has already been rooted and that you have installed the custom recovery image because this firmware cannot be directly on the stock ROM.
B. Although it is just optional, we recommend you do a backup of your important data as we can never be sure what happens to your device during the process. There are apps you can use in Google Play Store that would backup your SMS, Contacts, Call Logs and Files. After all, it would take just a very short while to do it. While more often we recommend using KIES in backing up data inside your Samsung device, this time around we won’t as KIES won’t recognize devices using custom ROMs.
C. Make sure your Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3110 has at least 60% of battery left. Process like this should not be interrupted as it may cause damage to your phone. It would even be better if you fully-charge your device before you follow the tutorial below.
D. Turn off the security suites in your device including antivirus apps to make sure there will be no interruption during the process.
E. Since you will be connecting your device to your computer, you need to enable USB Debugging by going to Settings => Applications => Development => USB Debugging.
