We must admit … basically the concept behind a smartphone is rather masculine in nature, and a certain amount of misogyny makes us look strangely at women who buy the high end smartphone from an operator’s offer. Well, it seems that HTC will leave the misogyny aside and launch a brand new smartphone destined to grab the attention of the fairer sex representatives. So ladies, you’re in for a treat!
Known under the codename HTC Glamor, this smartphone model is only a rumor at the moment and all we know about it is that it will come in many colors ranging from pink to yellow and blue. The Glamor smartphone could be the same as the HTC Bliss terminal, a smartphone we found out about a few weeks ago. It was also said that it will be made for the feminine public.
Let’s have a closer look at the design of these two smartphones. The Glamor will look like the HTC Incredible S or Sensation at the bottom, while the Bliss smartphone was described as reminiscent of the Desire S and Desire Z terminals. Should we be expecting not one, but two HTC phones for the ladies? There’s more though. It seems that the U.S. operator Verizon is also involved in this initiative working with HTC to develop the future smartphones.
We are excited to find out what other new features will the HTC smartphones boast. A small jewelry to serve as an accessory for the handset, maybe? However, here are some tips to HTC. Firstly, a resistive touchscreen is a must when you are targeting the female crowd because long nails don’t mix well with capacitive screens! Secondly, the devices should be pretty small.
