One of Samsung’s many marketing strategies is to make its presence in the Android market be felt that is why it has become aggressive in manufacturing and releasing of its new smartphones. And if there is nothing to release, it tweaks its current devices. Back in February, we heard rumors about the Pink Galaxy Note but haven’t get a chance to gather more information because there were none. Just about five days ago, we reported of the rumor that White Samsung Galaxy Note will be brought to Canada and it was realized. Today was reportedly the release of Pink Galaxy Note in South Korea but no store is offering the device just yet.
Samsung said that they are targeting women for this newly-hued device and apparently they are on the right track. One of the factors that can be considered as “not so good” about this device is its lack of pocketability and people wearing jeans may not enjoying holding on to it most of the times. For women, however, this issue may not be problem after all as these handsets can fit bags and purses really well than pockets.
Just in case you are wondering about this device, the only difference between the Pink Galaxy Note and the original is the color. The specs and functionality are all the same, so you can expect the same superb experience when using any of these. To match the color of the main device, the S Pen would also be colored Berry Pink. We are hoping we can try one of these devices real soon.
Anyway, we have no information if it will be offered outside of South Korea. We believe that this color may just be for testing purposes. If it will make a really good appeal to South Korean women and teens, that could be the time when Samsung will be bringing it to the US and to the rest of the world.
